Method
Dissolve sugar and yeast in the water. Sieve the flour into
a bowl and make a well in the middle. Sprinkle the salt around
the outside of the flour. Slowly add the yeast mixture to
the flour and rub in as you go. Be careful not to add too
quickly as it will make the bread mixture to wet. Once all
the yeast mixture is in the flour turn out onto a floured
surface and knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and
allow to prove until doubled in size. Knock back, cut into
two and shape allow to re-prove. Cook at 350F for about half
an hour.
