30ml Russian! vodka
2 prunes
3 cloves
15ml Honey Syrup
20ml Creme De Cassis (Blackcurrant liqueur)
20ml Fresh lemon juice
2dash Orange bitters

Method
Muddle the dried fruits with cloves with addition of vodka.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Shake and strain in a rocks glass over crushed ice and finish (top) with port.
Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy responsibly!
