Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Place olive oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Heat on high
over burner till very hot. While skillet is heating, sprinkle salt and
pepper over tuna and coat fish with sesame seeds on both sides by firmly
pressing fish onto the sesame seeds.
Sear tuna for 45 seconds on both sides. For sauce, either pour sauce
on bottom of plate and place fish on top, or serve sauce in individual
cup for dipping.
Garnish with slices of fresh strawberries and mango.
