I have to say, I am not a big fan of food brands launching cookbooks for their product, I guess Pillsbury must have somehow made me inherently bias. But (and you knew there would be a but), Green & Blacks sent me their latest offering and the only thing I can be bitter about is the chocolate, and that my friends, is a beautiful thing.

Here is where those chocolaty people got smart, rather than conjure up 100 recipes in their test kitchen, Green & Blacks called upon fans, friends, celebrities, top class chefs and competition winner to share their most loved recipes. I am not sure that there has ever been a cookbook that featured delicious recipes from celebrity cook Delia Smith, uber chef Tom Aikens and the crazy-uber-celeb Ssssharon Osborne!
