in Ireland. Ciaran Hickey's career has taken him around
the world, to his current home in Istanbul, Turkey.

Chef Ciaran Hickey was born in Dublin. After graduating
from Sligo College of Catering in 1983 he started his
apprenticeship in different establishments in Sligo
and Dublin before moving to The Nova Park Hotel in Zurich.
He joined Four Seasons London in 1988 and he continued
his education at Westminster College. He moved to Four
Seasons Resort Nevis in 1991.In1996 he took his
career to the Pierre in New York as Chef of the Café
PierreRestaurant
and finally transferred toFour
Seasons Hotel Istanbul as the Executive Chef. (more)
