Corporate Chef – Midwest
Established, growing company based in the Midwest needs a Corporate Chef to drive the cuisine at their many outlets. A mix of restaurant, club and hotel experience is preferred, as the company has several different outlet types. The number one consideration for this position is culinary ability and passion. This is not a desk job. The chef that gets this job will demonstrate, during the interview process and through references, that they live for food and beverage operations…and do not want to spend any more time than they have to at a desk.

Experience is a requirement, but do not let your lack (in years) hold you back from applying. The finalists will surely have demonstrated excellent culinary skills in many world cuisines; experience in all different volume settings; a passion for food and for mentoring culinarians; ability to perform during the tasting process; understanding of hospitality business financials, procurement, and costs; solid references that support your consistent career progression; ability to relate to all levels of staff and executive management in verbal and written manners.

The compensation package for this position is commensurate with ability and can go as high as $160K (total first year package). You must be able to work in the US. Only residents of the Continental US will be considered.
