Executive Sous Chef St Lucia Caribbean
Our client an exclusive five star deluxe boutique hotel and spa with approximately 100 rooms, 5 restaurants (2 of which are fine dining) and small banqueting facilities for high end weddings. The property is a converted 18th century sugar plantation and has some of the most spectacular views in the world.

The new Management are expanding rapidly and currently have 5 niche resorts in the region, they have big ideas for this property and are targeting the high spending elite from Europe and USA.

We are looking for a young up and coming Chef who has a solid background and can demonstrate having worked in each of their past 2 positions for at least 2 years. The ideal candidate will currently be in a Sous Chef of Chef de Cuisine role with a five star hotel but will be an all rounder and have knowledge in fine dining, volume restaurants and banqueting. Asian experience is a big advantage as is the ability to work with Asian ingredients and flavours. Resort experience would be an asset but not essential, however a lively and outgoing personality is required as lots of contact with high profile guests will be expected.

This is a single package with a base salary up to US$ 3K per month, housing allowance, medical and life insurance. This opportunity offers excellent career growth potential and candidates should achieve executive chef status within 2 years.

Italian Chef Eastern Europe

Italian Chef De Cuisine South Asia
Our client is a leading 500 room, five star hotel and is a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel will soon open a new modern Italian restaurant with approximately 130 seats. The concept will have an open kitchen and encompass 'live' cooking stations.

We are looking for a young an innovative Italian national who has a strong background with leading hotels, Asian experience would be advantageous as would prior opening experience. He she should have a warm and outgoing personality and guest contact will be encouraged. The right chef will have a strong repertoire of culinary skills and will be able to adapt his/her cuisine to the local tastes.

Candidates who have worked with leading chains such as Ritz Carlton, Fourseaons, Grand Hyatt etc. will be given preference. The position has excellent career growth potential and could quickly lead to an Executive Sous Chef position.
