Four Seasons Westlake Village
Here is your chance to join the exciting opening team at the new Four Seasons Hotel Westlake village led by Executive Chef Sandro Gamba. Chef Sandro will feature balanced, nutritious, and creative cooking, using only the finest local ingredients. Hampton's will be our signature restaurant and is the main dining room on the garden level, offering breakfast and dinner. Hampton's has a beautiful Chef's table for 8 people inside the Italian marble lined state of the art kitchen. Onyx, our Japanese restaurant, will serve lunch and dinner. It will feature a sushi bar with an exquisite display kitchen and a bar area with a large, two-sided salt water aquarium. These two outlets are joined by large banquet function space of 40,000 sq. feet, which includes its own separate banquet & kosher kitchen's. The Lobby Lounge, and Room Service will also be serviced by a separate Room Service kitchen inside the main kitchen area.

We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Pastry Chef. This professional must be experienced, highly creative and well organized. Furthermore we are looking for somebody with a positive attitude, strong team leader and the flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes.

Four Seasons Dublin is the largest and busiest food and beverage division among our European hotels. The Pastry department prepares and executes events ranging from small dinner parties to weddings and functions of up to 450 people.
