Learning Spanish

Every year I say I will do it, and at the end of each year I look back and confess to myself that I never took the bull by the horns and learnt a new language.

When I lived in England I promised myself fluency in French, and since I've lived in the U.S it's been Spanish… But now thanks to my friends at Rosetta Stone, for sure I am going to give it a go. Word is that their program is chef friendly and without having to attend classes I can schedule my own learning.

So I am going to put them and myself to the test. Every couple of months I will report back (yes to put pressure on myself) and tell you guys how it's going, I figure if Michael Phelps can do it so can I, wish me luck!
